As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and help our clients discover their unique beauty needs. We are searching for individuals who have a deep understanding of the latest beauty trends and techniques, and possess exceptional customer service skills.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them warmly, listening to their beauty needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of beauty trends and techniques to educate clients on product benefits and application methods.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of Sephora's product offerings and actively stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
  4. Conduct makeup, skincare, and/or hair consultations for clients to determine their unique beauty needs.
  5. Demonstrate and explain proper usage of products to clients, including providing tips and tricks for optimal results.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting products and upselling to clients.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly restocking shelves and cleaning testers.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training opportunities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  12. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking shipments.
  14. Attend team meetings and actively participate in training sessions.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
