  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize strong product knowledge to provide personalized beauty recommendations and advice to clients.
  3. Perform makeup applications, skincare consultations, and other beauty services.
  4. Educate clients on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty station and display area.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by recommending and promoting products to clients.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment by collaborating with other team members and sharing knowledge and expertise.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and new beauty products.
  9. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  10. Uphold all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to hygiene and safety standards.
  11. Maintain a valid beauty license and adhere to all licensing requirements.
  12. Handle client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Participate in store events and promotions to promote the brand and attract new clients.
  14. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  15. Provide support and guidance to new team members as needed.
