  1. Greet and welcome clients to Sephora with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Utilize beauty expertise to provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
  4. Demonstrate and educate clients on the proper use and application of products.
  5. Stay up-to-date on beauty trends and products to provide the most current and relevant advice.
  6. Assist clients in finding the perfect products to fit their budget, lifestyle, and desired look.
  7. Perform beauty services such as makeup application, skincare consultations, and mini-makeovers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve beauty knowledge and skills.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining a valid cosmetology or esthetician license.
  12. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, celebrating diversity and self-expression.
  13. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Assist in inventory management, including restocking and replenishing products.
