We're looking for someone who is licensed in cosmetology or esthetics, has a deep understanding of the latest beauty trends, and has a friendly and approachable personality.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge and understanding of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products to assist clients in finding the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  5. Ensure all clients' needs are met by actively listening to their concerns and addressing them in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Perform makeup and skincare services, such as consultations and mini makeovers, while following all safety and sanitation protocols.
  7. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products to clients.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and welcoming environment for all clients.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as assist with restocking and inventory management.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
