  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  2. Utilize knowledge of beauty products and trends to assist clients in finding the best products for their needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to clients.
  5. Stay updated on new and existing products, as well as industry trends and techniques.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as uphold store visual standards.
  7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a cohesive shopping experience for clients.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience.
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Sephora's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, returns, exchanges, and loyalty programs.
  10. Complete all necessary training and education to stay knowledgeable on product information, sales techniques, and company updates.
  11. Uphold Sephora's values of diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment in all interactions with clients and team members.
