1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients into the store with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
2. Utilize extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup, and haircare products to assist clients in finding the perfect products for their needs.
3. Offer personalized recommendations and solutions based on individual skin types, preferences, and concerns.
4. Demonstrate and educate clients on how to use products, including application techniques and benefits.
5. Stay up-to-date on new and trending beauty products and techniques to provide the most current and relevant information to clients.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
8. Ensure the store is always clean and well-organized, creating an inviting and comfortable environment for clients.
9. Collaborate with team members to create and execute events and promotions to drive sales and attract new clients.
10. Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and customer service skills through trainings and workshops.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall store performance.
12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
13. Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety and security protocols, cash handling, and inventory management.
