  1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered at Sephora.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches.
  5. Educate clients on proper skincare, makeup, and hair care techniques.
  6. Assist clients with product selection and offer appropriate alternatives when necessary.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora, representing the company's values and mission.
  14. Resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
