  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect beauty routine by offering personalized consultations and product recommendations.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  6. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively explain and demonstrate product features and benefits.
  7. Encourage and promote sales by using persuasive selling techniques and highlighting promotions and new products.
  8. Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant and easy shopping experience for customers.
  9. Continuously learn and educate oneself on new products and techniques in the beauty industry.
  10. Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and product return processes.
  13. Participate in trainings and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
