- Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Attend and participate in trainings and meetings to stay informed about new products and company initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image.
