6. Perform makeup application and skincare demonstrations to showcase products and techniques.
7. Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
11. Attend and participate in trainings and meetings to stay informed about new products and company initiatives.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image.
13. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and product requests.
14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards for operational and service excellence.
