  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all Sephora products, including their features, benefits, and how to use them.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and share this knowledge with customers.
  5. Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their specific needs and preferences.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  9. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  12. Proactively seek out and address customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
  15. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  16. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  17. Embody the Sephora brand and values, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the beauty industry.
  18. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  19. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Sephora and its products to customers.
