  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and beauty products to assist clients in finding the perfect products for their needs.
  3. Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized recommendations and follow-up communication.
  5. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and application techniques during makeovers and consultations.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to clients.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  8. Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to, cleanliness, appearance, and customer service.
  11. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards.
  13. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Stay updated on company promotions and events and effectively communicate them to clients.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance expectations set by management.
