  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences.
  3. Build relationships with customers by engaging in conversations and understanding their personal style and beauty preferences.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  5. Educate and guide customers on the different beauty products and services offered at Sephora.
  6. Offer personalized recommendations based on customers' individual needs and preferences.
  7. Demonstrate and apply products on customers to showcase their benefits and features.
  8. Assist customers in finding their perfect fit by providing product knowledge and application tips.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
  12. Attend trainings and meetings to continually develop knowledge and skills.
