1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs.
3. Utilize knowledge and expertise in beauty trends and techniques to assist customers in finding the perfect products for their unique needs.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Demonstrate and educate customers on how to use and apply products for best results.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a visually appealing and comfortable shopping environment for customers.
8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
11. Attend trainings and workshops to expand knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and techniques.
12. Uphold Sephora's policies and procedures, including but not limited to, hygiene and safety standards.
13. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
14. Actively promote Sephora's loyalty program and other marketing initiatives.
