  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate products.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of various beauty brands and products to assist customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on new product releases, trends, and techniques in the beauty industry.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, displays, and demonstration areas.
  6. Assist in replenishing and restocking products on the sales floor.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on previous purchases and providing personalized recommendations.
  8. Proactively seek out opportunities to educate customers on different beauty techniques and products.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Continuously develop and improve expertise in all areas of beauty, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  14. Attend and actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and brand events.
  15. Represent Sephora in a professional and positive manner at all times.
