  1. Greet and welcome clients to Sephora with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
  3. Share extensive knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and trends with clients.
  4. Help clients discover their unique beauty preferences and guide them towards the best products for their needs.
  5. Educate clients on how to use and apply products effectively.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sephora brand and its values.
  7. Keep up-to-date with new product launches and promotions to provide clients with accurate information.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and tester stations.
  9. Proactively approach and engage with clients to offer assistance and product recommendations.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for clients.
  11. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  13. Participate in regular trainings and meetings to stay updated on new products and techniques.
  14. Uphold Sephora's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  15. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by respecting and valuing diversity.
