- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at all times.
- Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to be able to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences, and offering personalized beauty solutions.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on Sephora's products, services, and promotions, while adhering to brand standards and policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, processing shipments, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Proactively engage with clients to offer demonstrations, samples, and makeovers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to continuously develop knowledge and skills in beauty products, techniques, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support during high-volume periods.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
Extensive Knowledge Of Skincare, Makeup, And Haircare Products And Trends.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Provide Personalized Recommendations To Clients.
Strong Sales Skills And Experience Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Beauty Industry Setting.
