- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are stocked and presented in an appealing and organized manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support in all aspects of their role.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services offered by Sephora, staying up-to-date on new launches and trends in the beauty industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety protocols.
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other members of the management team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
- Represent the Sephora brand and values at all times, both in-store and in the community.
- Assist with special events and promotions to drive traffic and sales in the store.
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
