Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
2. Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and products are stocked and presented in an appealing and organized manner.
5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
7. Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support in all aspects of their role.
8. Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and services offered by Sephora, staying up-to-date on new launches and trends in the beauty industry.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, cash handling, and safety protocols.
10. Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other members of the management team.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all team members.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
13. Represent the Sephora brand and values at all times, both in-store and in the community.
14. Assist with special events and promotions to drive traffic and sales in the store.
15. Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
