  1. Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated upon entering.
  2. Foster a strong team environment by providing leadership and guidance to store employees.
  3. Help drive sales and meet store goals by ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge from all team members.
  4. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for increasing store traffic and sales.
  5. Train and develop employees on Sephora products, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality customer service.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in merchandise management to ensure products are well-stocked and displayed in an appealing manner.
  7. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  8. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Sephora products to provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to customers.
  11. Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store employees to maintain a strong and motivated team.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the Sephora brand and values, and ensure they are reflected in all store operations.
  13. Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across all Sephora locations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant and safe shopping experience for customers.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store performance and customer satisfaction by implementing new ideas and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably Within The Beauty Industry.
