  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Sephora customers and ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
  3. Manage inventory and ensure that all products are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  4. Support the recruitment, training, and development of store employees.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance and provide feedback and recommendations to improve operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Work closely with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure effective and cohesive store operations.
  9. Lead by example and inspire team members to provide exceptional service and uphold the Sephora brand image.
  10. Handle customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  13. Assist in the preparation and execution of store events and promotions.
  14. Identify areas for improvement and make proactive suggestions for enhancing the customer experience.
  15. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager At Sephora Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Meet Store Goals.
