- Provide exceptional customer service to all Sephora customers and ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure that all products are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store employees.
- Monitor and analyze store performance and provide feedback and recommendations to improve operations.

Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Store Manager At Sephora Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Meet Store Goals.
