Job Description

You will also support day-to-day regulatory activities to ensure that Sephora Collection products meet SEPHORA standards and to provide technical support to product development managers. Oversee daily communication directly with 20+ vendor partners to gather technical data for formula validation. Collaborate closely with Sephora Collection Global Regulatory Team based in Paris to stay abreast of changing global regulations. Ensure all product claims on components and supporting marketing vehicles are accurate and substantiated and through regulatory testing. Review and approve product artwork and assure global compliance in collaboration with marketing partners. Provide support as a subject matter expert in all regulatory matters for cross functional partners. Provide on-the-fly support to cross functional partners that include marketing, quality and creative teams. Assist Quality and Regulatory Manager in onboarding new suppliers and ensuring suppliers are clear on newest Sephora Collection requirements. Provide assessments and warnings during brief analysis in the beginning of each new project.

Job Qualifications
