
Analyst - Promotions Analytics
Serve as a strategic thought leader as we evolve our promotional programs. Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions. Leverage data analysis to influence Sephora strategies through actionable insights and clear stories. Build promotion scenario models to provide insight into the impact of promotion strategy changes. Complete post promotion hind sights, evaluating promotion performance against revenue goals and learning agendas. Partners with the promotion and marketing operations teams to build testing methodologies and strategies to provide insight into business questions regarding incrementality, pull forward, client fatigue. Identify areas of opportunity to improve current analytics communications, reports, dashboards through automations, improved insights and visualizations.
At least 2-4 years of experience.
Experience in database marketing preferred.
Retail experience a plus.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
