The recruitment process at Sentinel Technologies typically begins with an initial phone call between the candidate and a recruiter. During this call, the recruiter will ask the candidate questions about their experience, qualifications and career goals. After the initial phone call, the candidate may be required to complete online assessments or an in-person interview. Following the assessments and/or interviews, the candidate may be asked to join an onsite visit, typically lasting one day, so that they can meet the team, learn more about the company and its culture and determine if it is the right fit for them. Once all assessments and interviews are complete, a hiring decision is usually made within a few days.
