As the Warehouse Ambassador at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, you will be the face of our organization, representing our brand, values, and products with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exemplary customer service to guests, vendors, and other SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment personnel.
  2. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
  3. Ensure accuracy and quality in all warehouse operations.
  4. Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of merchandise.
  6. Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
  8. Comply with SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment policies and procedures at all times.
  9. Remain up to date on all product information and promotional activities.
  10. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
