Responsibilities:

1. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment guests.
2. Oversee the food & beverage operations, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
3. Train and manage staff in the food & beverage department, setting goals and expectations, and monitoring performance.
4. Monitor inventory, ordering supplies and stocking as needed.
5. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Develop new products and services to enhance the guest experience.
8. Maintain a high level of knowledge of the hospitality industry, trends, and customer expectations.
9. Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
10. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of initiative.
