Supervisor, Theatrical Services

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Supervisor, Theatrical Services at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, technical guidance, and direction for the development, production, and operations of the Park theatrical services. This individual will also ensure that the theatrical services are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in theatrical services, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to work well independently and in a team environment and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads. The successful candidate must also have a passion for the theater and for providing a quality entertainment experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction to ensure the development, production, and operations of theatrical services are delivered in a cost-effective and timely manner.
2. Develop and manage budgets for theatrical services and ensure expenditures are within budget.
3. Monitor and assess the quality of theatrical services to ensure a positive guest experience.
4. Supervise and direct theater personnel to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues regarding theatrical services.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of theatrical services.
7. Develop and implement training programs for theater personnel.
8. Maintain a safe working environment.
9. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of theater personnel.
