Supervisor, Special Events

You will be required to work directly with guests and vendors to ensure that all expectations are met.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the special events industry, preferably in a supervisory role. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of special events from start to finish.
2. Work with guests, vendors, and other personnel to ensure all expectations are met.
3. Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets, and manage related expenditures.
4. Monitor and supervise event staff, including set-up and clean-up personnel.
5. Secure necessary licenses and permits for special events.
6. Assess client feedback to ensure events meet or exceed expectations.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations.
8. Remain abreast of trends and developments in the special events industry.
9. Develop and cultivate relationships with vendors and other partners.
10. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.
