Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all daily operations in the Merchandise stores, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
2. Lead and motivate a team of Merchandise professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor merchandise stock levels and ensure that stores are adequately stocked with new and popular items.
4. Manage daily and weekly sales reports, and identify and address any areas of concern.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Oversee store maintenance and ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to.
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
