4. Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and make recommendations for corrective action.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential safety issues.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety management.
7. Monitor and inspect equipment for proper functioning and safety compliance.
8. Prepare and submit safety reports as required by the company and regulatory agencies.
9. Develop, review, and update safety policies and procedures.
10. Maintain records of safety training and safety-related activities.
