1. Lead and manage the operational accounting team in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.

4. Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is reported.
5. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and processes.
6. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reporting requirements.
7. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and records.
8. Analyze financial trends and provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
9. Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
10. Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
