In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis process for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis; and advanced knowledge of financial planning & analysis software. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to multitask, as well as possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Lead the financial planning and analysis process for the organization. • Develop and implement financial planning & analysis strategies for the organization. • Utilize financial planning & analysis software to analyze data and develop actionable insights. • Prepare financial forecasts, budget projections, and other financial models. • Monitor the financial performance of the organization and identify areas of improvement. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. • Provide guidance and support to other members of the finance team. • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues that may impact financial performance. • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
