IT Systems Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain computer and network systems for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
2. Provide technical support to internal teams and external vendors.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networking.
4. Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
5. Generate and communicate reports to internal teams regarding the status of IT systems and any issues that arise.
6. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize IT systems performance.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
9. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new IT solutions.
10. Develop and execute training sessions for staff on the use of IT systems.
