Investigator

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Investigator to join the team at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong investigative and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to protecting the safety and security of our guests is essential.This position requires a minimum of 2 years of professional investigative experience, preferably in a law enforcement or security role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels. The position requires an independent and reliable individual who is able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed investigations into any safety and/or security concerns related to SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
2. Utilize strong investigative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of all investigations and related documentation.
4. Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
5. Identify risk areas and develop strategies to mitigate against potential risks.
6. Monitor and assess security measures and procedures for effectiveness.
7. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
8. Prepare reports and recommendations for management review.
9. Stay abreast of any changes or new developments in the field.
10. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
