Inventory Control Coordinator

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the accurate and timely control of all inventory processes, including tracking, receiving, and shipping. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of inventory control procedures and will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, the Inventory Control Coordinator must have a minimum of two years of inventory control experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and experience with inventory management systems is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review all inventory processes, including tracking, receiving, and shipping.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and usage.
3. Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Monitor inventory levels to identify discrepancies, discrepancies and other discrepancies.
5. Maintain and update inventory control systems.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate ordering and delivery of inventory.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory related issues in a timely manner.
8. Provide regular reports to management on inventory levels and usage.
9. Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed in regard to inventory control.
10. Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff on inventory control procedures.
