HR Coordinator

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is searching for a talented and passionate HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities related to Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for developing and maintaining positive relationships with our employees.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for all recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Manage employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and providing ongoing support to employees.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
4. Manage employee records and other administrative tasks related to Human Resources.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, while providing exceptional customer service.
6. Prepare and submit reports to the Human Resources Manager regarding employee engagement and compliance.
7. Support special projects and other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
