Responsibilities:

1. Monitor plant health and appearance, prune and trim plants as needed, and apply fertilizers and pesticides according to safety protocols.
2. Ensure landscapes remain in compliance with local and federal regulations.
3. Water plants and lawns as needed and perform preventive maintenance on equipment used for horticultural tasks.
4. Purchase and install new plants and landscaping materials as needed.
5. Maintain accurate records of fertilizer and pesticide applications and monitor soil conditions.
6. Inspect and remove dead plants or branches and dispose of them according to safety protocols.
7. Assist with special projects as needed, such as landscaping design and installation.
8. Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their questions and concerns.
9. Work with other departments to ensure a safe, inviting, and well-maintained environment for guests.
