Costume Support Agent

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Costume Support Agent at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. In this role, you’ll have the chance to bring our guests’ experiences to life by ensuring our costumes and wardrobe are in top shape. As a Costume Support Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining the inventory, cleanliness, and organization of costumes and wardrobe items. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. If you’re looking to join a team that values initiative and creativity, then this is the job for you!Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in costume maintenance and/or wardrobe support preferred• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for costumes and wardrobe items. • Clean and organize costumes and wardrobe items in an efficient and timely manner. • Assist guests with wardrobe and costume needs. • Maintain accurate records of all wardrobe and costume items. • Ensure all costumes and wardrobe items are in top condition. • Work with team to ensure costumes and wardrobe items are in compliance with safety regulations. • Assist in the maintenance and repair of costumes and wardrobe items. • Create and maintain reports on costume and wardrobe inventory. • Participate in the training of new Costume Support Agents. • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
