Responsibilities: -Design and construct costumes for various venues -Provide guidance and instruction to other team members regarding costume design and construction -Develop and maintain technical skill in costume design and construction -Create sketches, renderings, draping patterns and other design elements -Plan and organize projects in a timely and efficient manner -Execute design changes and alterations in a timely manner -Ensure the accuracy and quality of all costumes -Maintain accurate records of production and inventory -Provide cost estimates for materials and designs -Monitor and control all costs associated with costume production
