Compliance Coordinator

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our compliance efforts. As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and its affiliates are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver, and team player who has excellent organizational and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with GRC tools such as SharePoint are also required. In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US and international laws and regulations, as well as the ability to interpret legal documents. 4. Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain records of all compliance activities.
6. Coordinate and manage activities related to internal and external audits.
7. Develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
8. Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
9. Conduct investigations into potential violations of laws and regulations.
10. Develop and deliver training to staff on relevant laws and regulations.
