Building Automation Controls Technician

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Building Automation Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for technology and possess excellent problem-solving skills. An understanding of building automation systems is essential.The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting services for building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting and electrical systems. In addition, they will be responsible for responding to and resolving issues with existing systems, as well as installing, testing and commissioning new systems.To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a relevant trade qualification, such as a diploma in HVAC/R, electrical or electronics engineering. A minimum of two years’ experience in building automation systems is required and experience with the Tridium Niagara and/or Siemens Desigo platforms is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service abilities are essential.
