
Assistant Supervisor, Park Operations
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Supervisor, Park Operations to join our team! The successful applicant will be a key member of the Park Operations team and will assist in the overall operational success of the park.The successful candidate will possess:* At least 3 years of prior supervisory experience in a related field * A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field highly desirable * A strong aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution * Thorough working knowledge of park operations * Excellent communication and customer service skillsIf you are ready to take on this challenge and become a part of the SeaWorld family, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily operations of the Park Operations team and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the Park Operations team to ensure excellent customer service experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure operational success.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and reported in accordance with park regulations.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner and resolve any customer service issues.
- Create and maintain accurate reports and records related to Park Operations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and make suggestions for operational improvements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
