Assistant Supervisor, Food & Beverage

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Supervisor, Food & Beverage to join the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment team! In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years of experience in food & beverage management. You will also need excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
2. Ensure the highest standards of quality and service are met.
3. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to achieve operational goals.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the department's efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere among staff and customers.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
8. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
9. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Food & Beverage department.
