Alarms Technician

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in alarm systems installation and maintenance. You must also have a good working knowledge of fire and intrusion alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems. A certification in Low-Voltage Electrical Systems or Alarm Systems is highly desirable. We are searching for a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as superior attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain alarm systems in SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment venues.
2. Troubleshoot alarm system malfunctions.
3. Ensure fire and intrusion alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems are functioning properly.
4. Follow safety protocols and adhere to all applicable electrical codes.
5. Monitor alarm system performance and investigate alarm system false alarms.
6. Conduct periodic tests of alarm systems and make necessary adjustments as needed.
7. Provide technical support to other team members and guests as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all alarm system activities.
9. Remain up to date on industry trends and developments in alarm systems.
10. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
