Packaging Mechanical Technician
This position is responsible for performing equipment reviews (PM’s), machine adjustments, machine configurations, and minor maintenance of the packaging equipment used in the packaging of printed products. Setup all Packaging Line equipment for the game. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Verify that equipment are running at maximum capacity. Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine root cause for non-peak performance. Communicate maintenance issues to proper maintenance personnel and request assistance when needed to minimize downtime. Assist Material Handler to stage rolls if requirement. Assist Machine Operators as needed to maximize output. Follow 5S and LEAN concept as required.
Proven mechanical ability on packaging equipment.
Experience working with and setting-up packaging equipment in a production environment.
Able to obtain and maintain a forklift license
