Associate Resource Scheduler
The Dispatcher will be the principle point of contact between the Lottery Retailers, Casinos, Technical Service Representatives, site Field Service Supervisor and Technicians. Provide updates as necessary to all Field Service Technicians on all tickets currently in queue. Accurately document all updates from the Technical Service Representatives and Field Service Technicians. Escalate all instances where the potential to exceed Service Level Agreements will expose the company to liquidated damages. Responsible for learning the hardware, software functionality, terminals including peripherals. Responsible for meeting departmental metrics and Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s).
2+ years call center experience or relevant experience
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
Ability to type at least 30 WPM
