Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute software tests to meet customer requirements.
  2. Identify, log, and track software defects.
  3. Develop automated tests to improve software quality.
  4. Collaborate with software developers and other teams to ensure the highest quality products.
  5. Monitor and analyze software performance and apply best practices.
  6. Perform root cause analysis and suggest solutions to software issues.
  7. Document test results and report progress to management.
  8. Develop and maintain software test plans and strategies.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on software development and testing best practices.
  10. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software development and testing.
