
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager
At Scholastic, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Scholastic.
- Lead internal and external communications to ensure that all stakeholders understand the organization's commitment to DEI.
- Research best practices for DEI programs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Monitor progress of DEI programs and initiatives to ensure they are meeting desired outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for employees on DEI topics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure organizational alignment on DEI initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate training programs on DEI topics.
- Serve as an advocate for DEI issues within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to stay abreast of DEI trends and best practices.
- Analyze data to understand the current DEI landscape and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
