Job Description

Interface between Large Project Division, Order Management Center, Order Consolidation Center, Field / Branches. Participating on weekly Large Project Division project calls. Lead of Large Project operational scheduling. Regular calls with branches to ensure updated information in the system. Overseeing production prioritization and coordinate with factory capacity planner Following up with TIER 1 suppliers in case of lead times, delivery problems, wrong material etc. Physically verifying material in Hanover / Order Consolidation Center and performing, ensure quality checks are completed. Coordinate shipments from Order Consolidation Center to Job-site. Keep track of Key Performance Indicators in terms of quality, order delivery.
