
Human Resources Generalist
Support all HR operational needs, and professionals in all employee life cycle in the organization, from recruiting needs to termination. Execute HR initiatives at a local level and be the go to person for HR topics for the area of responsibility. Support the implementation of Human Resources goals and objectives with business leaders and HR Team. Responsible for effectively coordinating and implementing human resource programs. Monitor and maintain the HR systems process such as employment, onboarding, personnel relations, position changes, payroll and termination process. Provide feedback to managers on HR related issues. Assist Managers to carry out HR initiatives such as performance review, employee engagement survey, development review, merit increase etc.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working within a manufacturing and/or plant environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to proactively handle issues
Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, labor laws and regulatory requirements
