Job Description

Develop and maintain various financial models and standard reports to be distributed to management as well as other members on the finance team to continuously track NWC management performance, ensuring quality and accuracy of information provided. Conduct Monthly close processes / activities including preparation of Holland Finance closing reporting package and dashboard for distribution to SEC CFO and other upper management. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested. Manage Unclaimed Property exposure including annual compliance filings. Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of various general ledger accounts. Provide training to finance team on KPIs impacting Net Working Capital.

Job Qualifications

3-5 years previous work experience in accounting/finance roles – manufacturing / Supply Chain Finance experience a plus
Must be a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required. MBA highly preferred
