Job Description

Manage Sourcing leader and branch warehouse associates/agents. Overall responsibility for driving sourcing and supply chain operations in Territory and Area. Responsible for hiring and performance management of warehouse associates/agents/supervisors. Responsible for warehouse and logistics management performance and processes in field – including implementing Optimus initiatives. Responsible for maintaining SEC best safety practices in branch warehouses, including relevant training. Responsible for oversight of regional / local buying, including negotiations outside of SSO remit; including training / upskilling of branch tactical procurement personnel. Develop project schedules, cross-functional deliverables and detailed timelines, as well as identify and manage project priorities and project dependencies.

Job Qualifications

3-5 years of Tactical Procurement experience.
3-5 years of Sourcing and supplier relationship management experience.
2-3 years of Distribution and Logistics (especially last mile) experience.
